Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will execute assembly tasks per work instructions with precision, aiming to meet production goals while ensuring a safe, clean work environment and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read and interpret instructions, and proficiency with power tools and tape measures. Strong attendance is essential; opportunities to grow within a Lean-driven facility exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
