Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the assembly of high-quality products. You will follow work instructions, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help meet production goals in a Lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, completing required paperwork, and possibly rotating among stations as needed. A GED or high school diploma and basic training are preferred, with strong attendance and reliability expected.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to use power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
