Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Production Assembler to perform a variety of routine and highly repetitive production operations in a warehouse setting in Austin, TX. You will read technical drawings, assemble components, and perform simple set-up and quality checks, with overtime potential based on workload.

The role requires prior production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools and basic test equipment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Prior production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents and other visual aids.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to resolve simple problems and work in a quality, timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple machine set-up.
• Assemble materials from components using detailed written or verbal instructions.
• May perform simple screening, bagging, boxing or cutting operations.
• Use hand tools and test equipment.
• Inspect/test work for quality, resolve simple problems, and correct errors or seek assistance.
• Read and understand drawings, work orders, and specifications to determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed.
• Inspect final product to ensure all specifications are met.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
