Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and drawings.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors.
• Meet production goals and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards).
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
