The role requires mechanical inclination, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail; bilingual ability is a plus. You will operate hand tools and basic power equipment, maintain clean work areas, and support safe manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Methodical and procedural assembly of various furniture components.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power equipment, drills, saws, and measuring devices.
• Understand detailed architectural drawings, schematics, work orders, shop drawings, and blueprints.
• Inspect assembled furniture products to verify quality; pack finished product and prepare for shipping.
• Maintain general housekeeping in production areas; perform inventory controls and ensure a safe working environment.
• Be a role model for production team members and participate in Formaspace culture activities.
