Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic math and measurement for dimensional checks and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press and production equipment to meet work order requirements.
• Stage, load, and unload materials for each job.
• Observe process indicators to ensure quality and performance targets are achieved.
• Dial in machine settings to maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Document inspections, production results, and any adjustments with accuracy.
• Handle routine upkeep: cleaning, lubrication, filter changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Keep the work cell organized and compliant with safety practices.
• Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or process deviations.
