The role requires adherence to safety protocols and teamwork to meet daily targets. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior press-operator experience, and the ability to read production documents while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Press operator experience preferred.
• Proficiency with industrial presses and related equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce parts.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and schedules.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure specifications.
