Qualifications

• Previous press operator experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to print and read blueprints
• Experience using calipers and micrometers to verify specifications

Responsibilities

• Operate presses safely and consistently, including starting/stopping, feeding material, and monitoring production
• Assist with tooling changes, material changes, adjustments, and machine setups
• Recognize defects and monitor quality, scrap, downtime during runs
• Monitor cycle times and production metrics
