Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; substitution allowed with relevant experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate welding competency in carbon, stainless, aluminum and exotic metals.
• Must safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, cranes, and related gear.
• Experience reading technical drawings and setting up fabricating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabricating equipment with high skill and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine bend sequences and tooling.
• Meet production, quality, and safety standards by following SOPs.
• Take precise measurements with calipers and tape measures.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust machines for quality and efficiency.
• Train new operators in press brake setup, operation, and safety.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and maintenance records.
