Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read production documentation and cards.
- Basic arithmetic and measurement for data recording.
- Experience operating industrial machinery and hand tools.
- Physical ability to lift materials and stand long periods.
Responsibilities
- Configure and run manufacturing machinery per work orders.
- Load, unload, and stage production supplies.
- Oversee production cycles to meet quality and performance.
- Optimize machine settings for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain production records and quality checks.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Keep workspace safe and tidy.
- Report malfunctions or deviations to management.
- Follow all directives and safety regulations.
- Complete additional team tasks.
