Core Responsibilities

• Configure and run manufacturing machinery in alignment with established work orders and operational protocols.
• Handle the loading, unloading, and staging of all necessary production supplies.
• Oversee active production cycles to guarantee that output consistently meets quality and performance benchmarks.
• Optimize machine settings to help drive superior product quality and maximize overall production efficiency.
• Maintain precise records of production metrics, quality checks, and any modifications made to the process.
• Execute standard equipment upkeep, such as cleaning, lubricating parts, replacing filters, and other preventative measures.
• Contribute to a tidy and orderly workspace to help maintain a safe environment for all personnel.
• Communicate any mechanical malfunctions, quality deviations, or production discrepancies directly to management.
• Adhere strictly to all operational directives, quality protocols, and safety regulations.
• Complete additional tasks as required by the team.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or equivalent GED.
• Capacity to interpret and execute tasks based on production documentation and specification cards.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and measurement to ensure accurate data recording and dimension verification.
• Skill in the safe operation of industrial machinery and various hand tools.
