Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient operation of CNC press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Set up, program, and operate press brake machinery to produce parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed job documentation, machine programs, tooling requirements, and setup instructions.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
• Inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
