Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate brake press equipment, including die selection and pressure adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished components using precision measurement tools to verify conformance to specs.
• Maintain organized work areas and proper storage of materials, tools, and finished products.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and production schedules to understand requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Track production output and maintain records of completed work.
