Maitland Engineering LLC is seeking a skilled operator to perform job set-ups using specified tooling, read blueprints, and conduct precision inspections in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining equipment, adjusting offsets, and following SOPs/ISO procedures while communicating issues to supervisors. Aerospace/medical manufacturing exposure preferred; HS diploma required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: medical and/or aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints.
• Proficient with inspection equipment.
• Good computer and math skills; clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Set up jobs using the proper tooling and equipment.
• Identify and understand the use of specialized tooling, belts, wheels, or fixtures as needed.
• Maintain and operate grinding or deburring wheels per training records.
• Adjust table offsets for wheel wear to preserve geometry and wheel life.
• Perform daily machine maintenance as specified.
• Verify liquid levels and solutions according to SOPs and ISO procedures.
