Branch Medical Group is seeking a Finishing Operator in the United States to visually inspect, deburr, clean, tumble, blast, and spin small machined components. The role includes following blueprints and procedures, maintaining quality records, and cooperating with the Finishing Manager to ensure parts meet specifications.

The Finishing family includes two levels (B and A) with increasing complexity. A strong attention to detail, microscope work, and the ability to read drawings are essential

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to operate under a microscope for extended periods.
• Read part drawings and interpret specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect machined components using stereo-microscope.
• Measure and inspect medical device products per specs.
• Clean, blast, tumble, and spin sub-components per procedures.
• Use hand tools to deburr and assemble parts; operate tumbling/blasting equipment.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection sheets.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions; node directions from supervisor.
• Escalate issues to Finishing Manager.
• Uphold Code of Conduct and compliance with applicable laws.
