Job summary

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC is seeking a CNC Operator & Metal Finisher to run CNC tools, polish and deburr components, and prepare parts for assembly. You will ensure parts meet engineering specifications, maintain records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in CNC machining or metal finishing and familiarity with Lean methods. This full-time role operates on-site and adheres to GMP/ISO standards to deliver high-quality medical devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machining certification pursued preferred.
• 0–3 years CNC machining or metal finishing experience required; Lean/5S is a plus.
• Experience with GMP and ISO standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machine tools to manufacture components per drawings and work instructions.
• Maintains inventory tracking and loads appropriate stock into feeders.
• Monitors machine performance and quality, identifying abnormalities.
• Measures and inspects finished parts using precision instruments.
• Maintains production documentation, process sheets, and logs.
• Performs polishing, deburring, and surface finishing operations.
