Qualifications

• 1–3 years of order specialist or relevant office experience.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn new systems.
• Strong oral and written communication; build trust across the organization.
• High accuracy and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction, general contracting, or interior design experience is a plus but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Order processing across multiple manufacturer platforms.
• Cross-reference orders against contracts to ensure details match.
• Vendor coordination: order, track shipping, and problem-solve.
• Collaborate with Tech Measure team to move projects forward.
• Coordinate acknowledgment, shipping, and installation dates; update ETAs daily.
• Keep Sales, Finance, and team aligned on logistics and timelines.
