Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of related experience, strong MS Office and Salesforce familiarity, and excellent communication with a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in order specialist or office roles; Salesforce a plus.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately for windows, doors, and parts across multiple platforms.
• Cross-check orders against sold contracts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors: order, track shipping, resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Tech Measure team to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Track project status: acknowledge, ship, and set installation dates; update ETAs.
• Maintain clear communication with Sales, Finance, and logistics teams.
