Job summary

You will deliver high-quality service, verify orders, and connect customers with the right associates when needed. You will operate certified powered equipment and maintain SIMS compliance, supporting inventory accuracy and collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers, answering questions, and connecting with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and communicate effectively with teammates.
