Job summary

AutomationDirect is hiring an Order Fulfillment Processor in Atlanta, GA to pick and pack orders accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will load products, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

We value conscientious, goal-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who take ownership of their work and adapt to change as processes evolve. Prior warehouse experience and RF scanner proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Lifting up to 45 lbs. frequently is required.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders while maintaining accuracy levels that are consistent with Company goals.
• Load product into trucks.
• Clean the warehouse.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Effective communications and interactions with other teams.
• Provide support for other areas of warehouse as needed.
• Packing, taping and confirming finished orders from time to time.
