Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a dedicated fabrication technician to work on advanced optical components used in semiconductor lithography systems. You will operate CNC equipment, inspect surfaces, and contribute to high-precision assembly and metrology feedback to support production quality.

The role emphasizes 5S discipline, safety, and continuous improvement. Candidates should be comfortable in a clean-room style environment and able to read gauges and interpret measurements for quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience or vocational certification preferred.
Experience with measuring equipment such as CMM, interferometer, micrometers is desirable.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor and take ownership of optical processing equipment.
Handle delicate optical components and visually identify abnormalities.
Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
Identify and elevate unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.
Support area and factory schedule execution with assigned work content.
Collaborate with Production Engineering and Manufacturing Management to improve efficiency.
