Job summary

Visio Lending, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Post Closing Specialist to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of closed loan files. You will collaborate with the Post Closing Manager, title/settlement agents, and internal teams to finalize files within timelines and meet investor requirements.

You will drive post-closing activities, manage high-volume workloads, and elevate borrower/investor satisfaction through proactive communication and meticulous file management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Closing and Post-Closing processes.
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents with accuracy and structure.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Review closing documents for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and investor guidelines.
• Organize and manage loan documents and file stacking order for collateral and investor files.
• Scan, upload, and manage images of closing packages per standards; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Processors, Closers, and QC to resolve missing or incorrect documents.
• Deliver final post-close documents to custodians and investors on time.
• Monitor and track trailing documents, including title policies and lien releases.
