The role involves soldering surface mount and through-hole components, applying conformal coating, and diligently recording rework. Must be able to work under a microscope and participate in daily production meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in microelectronic, RF, hybrid or semiconductor assembly.
• Experience with wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, epoxy attach.
• Ability to use small hand tools (e.g., tweezers, torque drivers) and work under a microscope.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• This position requires a US Person under export laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical assembly support on complex microwave subsystems.
• Assemble circuit card assemblies, soldering surface mount and through-hole components, apply conformal coating.
• Follow production documents and keep detailed records of rework.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
