Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assembler II to support mechanical box builds and hand soldering for advanced microwave subsystems used in missile front ends, radar receivers, wideband tuners and synthesized sources.

The role involves building circuit cards, soldering SM and through-hole parts, applying conformal coating, recording rework, and attending daily production meetings. Swing shift. U.S. export compliance applies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in mechanical/solder assembly in production.
• Experience using small hand tools and working under a microscope.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical subsystems and circuit cards to meet daily output goals.
• Solder surface mount and through-hole components and apply conformal coating after soldering.
• Follow production documentation and record rework details.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
