Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and manage comprehensive marketing programs for its tumor profiling portfolio, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will create sales collateral, refine positioning, ensure brand consistency, train sales and support staff, analyze market data, and drive campaigns from concept to completion in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from accredited university.
• 5+ years in marketing/communications/product management.
• Experience in marketing communications.
• Healthcare industry experience (in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, pharma) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing collateral, promotional materials, and training content for new product launches.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning and messaging.
• Ensure branding consistency across all communications.
• Support sales channels and train sales/customer service teams.
• Collect and analyze data to drive actionable marketing plans.
• Coordinate with agencies to execute marketing campaigns and programs.
• Manage marketing projects with timely deliverables and leadership updates.
