Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Mechanical Fabricator in Lititz, PA to fabricate, assemble, weld, and repair TAIT products. The role requires MIG, TIG, and/or FCAW experience and the ability to deliver a finished, quality product to clients within estimated time.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting correct materials, ensuring quality, and maintaining tolerances with general fabrication tools. Safety and efficiency are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with welding techniques and fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols.
• Experience using Epicor, Slack, Box or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and drawings.
• Ensure correct materials and products are used.
• Evaluate material and part quality before fabrication.
• Follow fabrication and assembly techniques safely and efficiently.
• Maintain tolerances and product specifications.
• Conduct final quality checks and report concerns.
