TAIT is seeking a Mechanical Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, weld, and repair TAIT products. The role requires MIG, TIG, and FCAW knowledge and experience, with focus on delivering a finished, high-quality product to clients within estimated time.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, verify materials, maintain tolerances, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a hands-on, on-site position with room for growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand drawings.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with rigging equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn TAIT software (Epicor, Slack, Box).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.
