Job summary

TAIT in Lititz, PA is seeking a Production Technician to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication of TAIT products. You will work in a collaborative team to deliver high-quality finished projects meeting TAIT standards.

We value hands-on fabrication, carpentry, and precise mechanical assembly, plus the ability to read blueprints and internal drawings. The role requires safety-focused work, some flexibility in schedules, and opportunities for growth within the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of instructional or professional training.
• Fabrication, carpentry, complex mechanical assembly, or TAIT experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and internal drawings.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and practices (WLL, COG, LAF).
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and general manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to fabrication and assembly techniques.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances set forth on drawings.
• Produce a quality product while focusing on TAIT brand quality and standards.
• Clean and maintain workspace area, facility tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints and SOPs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
• Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.
