Job summary

TAIT seeks a Production Technician to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication of TAIT products. You will work in a team setting with minimal guidance to deliver high-quality results that meet TAIT standards.

Growth opportunities exist based on skill and training. The ideal candidate has fabrication and mechanical assembly experience, reads blueprints, and can work with TAIT systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of instructional or professional training.
• Fabrication, carpentry, or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and internal drawings.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and practices (WLL, COG, LAF).
• Proficiency with TAIT business systems (Epicor, Slack, Box).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to fabrication and assembly techniques.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances as per drawings.
• Produce a quality TAIT-standard product.
• Keep workspace and tools clean and maintained.
• Read and follow blueprints and SOPs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and training as required.
• Perform duties per company policies.
