Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Production Technician to assist with manufacturing, assembly and fabrication of TAIT products. You will work in a team setting to meet TAIT quality standards and support growth within the department.

The role requires reading blueprints, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work with precision tools and different materials. A high school diploma and at least one year of training are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of instructional/professional training.
• Fabrication, carpentry, mechanical assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to fabrication and assembly techniques.
• Maintain tolerances per drawings.
• Produce quality TAIT-standard products.
• Clean and maintain workspace, tools, and equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints and SOPs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Perform duties per company policies.
