Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Assembler in Seattle to perform mechanical assembly of components produced via 3D printing, CNC machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication. You will follow engineering drawings and work instructions to build finished products with attention to detail and safe handling.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, installing hardware, applying adhesives, and inspecting parts for quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured components following engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly including fastening, bonding, fitting, and alignment of parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively.
• Install hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers and rivets as specified.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, and thread-locking compounds as required.
• Verify fit and alignment and perform visual quality inspections.
