Candidates should have 2+ years of meat cutting experience, be at least 18, and complete internal training within 90 days of hire. Availability on weekends is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certification within The Fresh Market’s internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood to standards; support with inventory and merchandising.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas to ensure freshness and quality; follow safety protocols.
• Ensure department practices for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries are followed.
• Support department with pricing integrity and other operational processes demanding attention to detail.
