• Handle, slice, and trim meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards and manage quality levels throughout the day.
• Monitor temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Enforce safety and department policies for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries to ensure freshness and quality.
