Job summary

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and displaying meat, operating grinders and slicers, labeling products, rotating stock, and assisting customers with product questions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience and / or training.
• Working knowledge of product rotation and department sanitation.
• Meat-cutting skills including saw and grinder.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered by Customer, according to company standards.
• Operates electric grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weighs, wraps and labels product packages for counter display; rotates product as needed.
• Rotates product in meat cooler; ensures proper storage practices.
• Assists customers with product questions and scans items when needed.
• Assists in technical areas as needed.
