H-E-B in Texas is seeking a Meat Cutter to maintain a well-stocked department and deliver superior customer service. You will prepare, package, and merchandise fresh meat daily while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities include cutting and trimming meat, operating grinders and slicers, labeling, rotating stock, assisting customers, and following store procedures. This role requires 1+ year of meat-cutting experience and a commitment to sanitation.

Formación

• 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of product rotation and department sanitation.
• MS Outlook (Word, Excel) familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered by Customer.
• Operates electric grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weighs, wraps, and labels product packages for counter display; rotates product as needed.
• Rotates product in meat cooler; ensures proper storage practices.
• Uses MCS technology to generate production list and track re-works.
• Assists customers with product questions and selections.
