Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in West Lebanon, NH is hiring for a Meat Cutter responsible for cutting, grinding, wrapping and displaying meats to standard quality. You’ll assist with seafood and deli areas and help maintain sanitation and safety in the meat department.

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program or apprenticeship.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic or hand-wrapping machines preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Members by answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Cut, grind, weigh, wrap, and label meat products to standards.
• Maintain proper inventory and ensure cases are stocked.
• Rotate products by expiration date and dispose of damaged items.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, displays, and work areas.
• Follow club policies and perform other duties as needed.
• Regular, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
