Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship is required.

• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Members by answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood and making recommendations.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members.
• Cuts, grinds, and processes fresh meats to company standards.
• Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels meat and seafood items.
• Maintains all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department.
