Job summary

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to club policies, and delivering member service with speed and accuracy. Candidates should have prior meat-cutting experience and completed an apprenticeship or training program.

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Members by making recommendations and answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members.
• Cuts, grinds, and processes fresh meats to company standards.
• Weights, packages, wraps, and labels meat, poultry, and seafood to standards.
• Ensures meat department displays current products and signs.
• Maintains inventory and ensures proper stocking of cases.
