Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, and trim department meat and seafood; manage quality product levels per standards.
• Monitor temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Ensure safety, receiving, stocking, and unloading to maintain freshness and quality.
