This fast-paced role requires at least 2 years of meat-cutting experience and certification within 90 days of hire. You must be 18+ and comply with safety and food-safety protocols.

Qualifications

• All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market’s internal training platform within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items and assist guests across departments.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood products while ensuring quality.
• Monitor the temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Ensure safety, including food safety protocols and stocking procedures.
