Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations on meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members and maintains product quality.
• Rotates, weighs, wraps, and labels meat products to company standards.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards throughout the meat department.
