Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a hands-on manufacturing technician to support production of parts, components, subassemblies, and assemblies. You will work with engineers on set-up, calibration, rework, and quality testing while handling wafers and lab equipment with precision.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under changing priorities in a clean room environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
• HS Diploma.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow assembly documents.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations with set-up and calibration tasks.
• Assist in rework and quality testing of parts and assemblies.
• Collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments.
• Work with engineers in experiments and process improvements.
• Follow clean room protocols and safety procedures.
