Job summary

ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for our Wilton, CT site. You will work in a cleanroom environment assembling and qualifying advanced electromechanical systems, following defined procedures and contributing to high-quality product delivery across shifts.

The role requires hands-on assembly experience, precision measurement skills, and familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office. It emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within a regulated production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hands-on electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or technical production environments.
• Experience using precision measurement tools and mechanical hand tools.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, data, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and qualify complex electromechanical systems to defined specifications.
• Follow documented procedures to manufacture and deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during assembly activities.
• Record completed work accurately and communicate progress across shifts.
• Support training activities and share knowledge with team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives.
