You will learn and perform multiple processes, follow detailed specifications, and support production readiness in a clean, high-tech environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a 12-hour shift, with PPE provided and strong emphasis on 5S and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing, cleanroom, or similarly controlled environment.
• Ability to learn and follow work instructions and procedures to support product quality.
• Basic computer proficiency, including navigating manufacturing systems and software.
• Willingness to work around hazardous chemicals and wear cleanroom PPE.
• Strong attention to detail with safety, quality, and compliance orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that support manufacturing and finishing processes.
• Learn and perform 5S workplace organization activities.
• Develop proficiency in 3-5 designated processes through hands-on training.
• Read and interpret drawings, follow work instructions, setup sheets, and process specifications.
• Enter production and quality data into batch records and ERP system.
• Maintain area cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as assigned to keep equipment functioning.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, reporting incidents or hazards.
