Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a technically skilled technician for our Wilton, CT factory. The role involves accurate manufacturing in a clean room, guiding process improvements, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will work from assembly through testing, supporting new products and pilot production.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mechanical assembly, lean training, and strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work a 3rd shift and adapt to a rotating schedule is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education experience.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience.
• 4 months ASML experience as a Technician 4.
• Lean Manufacturing training (Intro to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into executable schedule.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Quality: produce products in accordance with established specifications and observe/report problems.
• Production: manufacture and deliver high level, complex systems and oversee the full process from assembly to test.
• New products: contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production; develop and improve TPD and processes.
• Skills: acquire knowledge of products/processes and pass on expertise.
• Teamwork: support good teamwork and implement departmental tasks.
• Planning: coordinate activities in the production plan and monitor the practical situation.
