Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment/machinery.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running strong.
• Operate a variety of equipment within the Bullet, Brass, Hybrid Shell, Priming or Load/Pack manufacturing processes used to produce and package ammunition.
• Work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing.
• Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap.
• Be a key player on a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
