Qualifications

• Experience as a machinist, mechanic, or manufacturing technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and think on your feet.
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment/machinery.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running.
• Operate equipment across Bullet, Brass, Hybrid Shell, Priming, or Load/Pack processes.
• Work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing.
• Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap.
