Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience on CNC milling equipment or 5 years CNC milling repair experience.
• Control experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and other PLC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of maintaining production CNC mills, lathes, mill-turns and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and identify parts for repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance and contribute to PM program improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and document work activities daily.
• Instruct junior technicians and support cross-departmental projects.
• Engage in continuous improvement and 5S standards.
