Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, and 3+ years of related experience required working in a manufacturing environment, with 1+ year of experience in leading a team.
• Direct ammunition manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of GD&T and inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30+ direct employees including Operators, Manufacturing Technicians, and Team Leads.
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met.
• Maintain upstream and downstream communications to ensure effective shift operation and team shift transition.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and schedules to meet production goals and customer demand.
• Collect and analyze production data to facilitate fact-based management.
• Prepare production reports on output, scrap rates, downtime, and safety incidents.
