Job summary

You will operate machining equipment, read drawings, and collect data to ensure processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.

You will maintain 5S, assist with trials, and help implement continuous improvement while following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or foreign equivalent and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Includes GD&T, CNC operation and simple programming, robotics, and use of gauges.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and model changeovers per procedures.
• Operate and monitor machining equipment and measurement tools daily.
• Assist in maintaining control plans, check sheets, and work standards.
• Review quality data and report non-conformances to engineers or supervisors.
• Support engineers during new part trials and production line tryouts.
• Maintain 5S and workplace organization; follow safety rules and SOPs.
